The Hacienda was purchased in 2012 and converted to a licensed bed and breakfast hotel. We have a wealth of local knowledge and experience to share with you.
We are centrally located in the East Cape of Baja California Sur in the small fishing and agricultural village of La Ribera on the shores of the Sea of Cortez. We are 45 minutes from the San Jose Del Cabo international airport and the tourist hustle and bustle of San Jose and Cabo San Lucas. With great views of the Sea of Cortez and easy access to world renown fishing, diving/snorkeling, hiking/exploring the desert landscape or waterfalls/hot springs and miles of uncrowded sandy beaches. Whether you are here for the great fishing, a relaxing nature escape, or just need a place to call home to unwind or visiting friends and family, the Hacienda de Palmas is ready for all your accommodation needs.
The Hacienda de Palmas can accommodate larger groups, and the garden patio area is a great place to have special gatherings and stage events. The six private rooms of the Hacienda de Palmas are spacious and clean. Two larger rooms are on the ground floor. The other four rooms are located on the second floor accessible by stairs. Each of the rooms have their own individual style and decor. Each room has a mini fridge, new inverter style air conditioning, fans and bathrooms (with body soap, shampoo and conditioner), towels, etc.

FOR THE BEACH:
Great atmosphere and great personal service are just the beginning of what we offer at the Hacienda de Palmas.
We are a father and son from the USA and love to travel and enjoy interacting with people from all over the world. We provide comfortable, reasonably priced accommodations for our guests. Our hotel is very small with a small staff. In order to provide our low rates, we do not have a full-time host. We are usually on site to assist and interact with guests but are always available by WhatsApp or email.
